Registers the Interactive DVD export platform.
Description
Adds EditorExportPlatformWindowsInterDVD and Project → Tools → Create Interactive DVD Scene. Disc, title, and menu inspectors add InterDVDTitle, InterDVDChapter, InterDVDMenuPage, and InterDVDHotspot nodes. There is no play-in-editor disc player.
